Terms of Service

Effective: August 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of DoneCrest (the app at app.donecrest.com, our iOS/macOS apps, and donecrest.com), provided by DoneCrest LLC ("DoneCrest," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using DoneCrest, you agree to these terms.

The service is provided as-is during beta

DoneCrest is currently in private, invite-only beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we make no guarantee of uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose during this period. We recommend not relying on DoneCrest as your sole record of anything mission-critical while it's in beta.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Access to DoneCrest is currently invite-only; invite codes are provided at our discretion and may not be shared, resold, or used to circumvent our access controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, projects, and files you create in DoneCrest. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to sync it across your devices or convert an inbound email into a task).

Termination

You may stop using DoneCrest at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms, misused an invite code, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we'll try to give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

DoneCrest is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoneCrest LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (currently $0, as DoneCrest is free during beta).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as DoneCrest evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're a California resident, nothing in these terms limits any consumer protection you're entitled to under California law that can't be waived by agreement.
